Crafting a narrative-driven interface
Data analysis today is often hindered by a multitude of tools and complex interfaces. Analysts rely on manual processes to draw insights, while executives are left with static reports that lack context, slowing decision-making across teams.

To get a clearer picture of what’s driving the results, experts can use the tool’s advanced features to drill into the data. Working closely with the team at Delphina, we refined concepts so the tool feels like a natural extension of a data scientist’s workflow. This collaboration ensured our designs met the needs of data scientists at every stage of the model lifecycle, from validating connections between source data to tracing data lineage and identifying what attributes had the most impact on performance.
Interactive diagrams respond in real time as models are running, making complex relationships and feature importance easier to interpret. With a user-centered approach, the tool supports deeper analysis and helps data scientists concentrate on refining models and driving strategic decisions.
Evolving the brand
Building on Delphina’s existing brand, we developed a scalable component library that integrates seamlessly across the product. With data as the primary focus, we used color purposefully throughout to emphasize model scores, assignment status, heat maps, and selected states.
