In close collaboration with LogSeam, we defined a market-driven product strategy, designed a forward-thinking user experience, and built a strong brand with a cohesive visual identity.

LogSeam is an early-stage startup rethinking log analysis and security data management. With an advanced, analyst-friendly platform offered at a fraction of the typical cost, LogSeam is poised to disrupt the cybersecurity landscape.

Defining an AI-first product strategy

We worked closely with LogSeam’s founders to design a dynamic data solution that provides proactive security measures, helping customers stay ahead of emerging threats.

LogSeam’s innovative platform combines AI-driven capabilities, real-time data processing, and predictive modeling—all powered by a conversational interface.

Blending intuitive design with advanced natural language processing, LogSeam helps organizations simplify log management and strengthen their cybersecurity posture.

A focus on natural language interfaces

At the heart of LogSeam’s platform is a smart, semantic interface, allowing analysts to interact with data using simple, conversational prompts.

This removes the need for complex SQL queries and pivots, making advanced data analysis accessible to users without specialized technical skills.

By simplifying interactions, the platform streamlines workflows, accelerates insights, and empowers teams to focus on strategic decision-making instead of wrestling with technical complexities.

Establishing a strong brand

Our team led the development of LogSeam’s brand and identity, including the visual language for its first product, FABRIQ.

Inspired by the company’s modern, technically-savvy audience and strategic positioning, we created a modular design system that unifies the visual identity across LogSeam’s entire suite of products and solutions.

To support potential investor and sales presentation needs, we also worked with LogSeam to create a compelling pitch deck geared toward future partners.

thirteen23 really cared about our vision. The whole team dove into a very difficult technical world and adapted quickly to our timeline and budget.
